Marion is a Digital Performance Advertising Expert, with 6 years as head of Kwanko Belgium under her belt.

She has worked with a great variety of clients and agencies in multiple sectors and was offered the chance to face lots of challenges. Looking for a new adventure, she began an exciting journey with Leadist as partner and managing director in July 2017.
Passionate about marketing, innovation and advertising, Marion is driven by her will to deliver the right message to the right person at the right moment. Brands like Cofidis, Carrefour, Volkswagen, Hello bank, Nestlé, Touring, Belfius insurances, L’Oreal and Voyage privé have trusted her with their campaigns.
Marion is an expert on Attribution Marketing, Affiliate and Mobile Marketing, Lead Generation, engagement development with RTB, Native Advertising and Social Media & Influencer Marketing.
In her private life Marion has two main hobbies: organizing festivals and taking part in her alumni association (she went to the IESEG business school in Brussels). She loves traveling, discovering new sorts of food with a delicious glass of wine and, of course, cooking!

Eric Joiris


From the very beginning of his career, Eric enjoyed the challenge and the thrill of Performance Marketing.

He first gained a precious experience in marketing while directing financial and insurance services (Centraal Beheer, Actel Direct, etc.) where he became Deputy CEO and Marketing Director.
As he discovered the potential of online marketing, he got caught by the virus of entrepreneurship and decided to start Evolutionland, a leading online digital agency (at the top 5 of Belgian Agencies in terms of billing) helping clients in Belgium and many other countries.
As an enemy of the status quo, Eric has grown his experience in Performance Marketing in all media, including offline media, to an extensive level. He enjoys making use of his creativity to rethink and reshape the marketing strategies and even the business models of the companies he works for.
Father to two daughters and a son, Eric likes spending time with his family and friends. He loves music, dancing, fitness, sport cars, fashion and the expression of design in all aspects of life.

Thomas is an E-commerce / E-business / Digital Expert with more than 15 years of experience and accomplishments.

He has worked in agencies and as an advertiser; which allows him to perfectly understand and fulfill the needs of his customers. He had the opportunity to work for numerous companies in various sectors, including: Ethias, Glaverbel, Axa, De Persgroep, Dexia, Total Belgium, Test-Achat, Banksys, Citibank, Club Med, Delta Lloyd Life, Deutsche Bank,, Stepstone, D’Ieteren VW, Autoscout24, Vlan, Thomas Cook, Lhoist, Ebay, Immoweb, Murprotec,…
His digital journey began in 2001 through an agency. In 2002 he had the chance to join, launch and develop the leading Belgian SEM company: « Extenseo », as the first dedicated SEO/SEA consultant in Belgium. The company was sold to Belgacom Skynet in 2006 and became IProspect Belgium in 2008.
In 2006, Thomas joined the Performance Based Agency « Evolutionland » to deepen its knowledge of the other digital channels (Affiliate marketing, email marketing, display, etc.).
Armed with this experience, he decided to go to the other side of the barrier and work for an advertiser. He was hired to work in management positions for pure e-commerce players. He had a great time working there and achieved valuable successes for Mediadis, Free Record Shop and for financial institutions such as Generali, Auxifina, etc.
